How can I clean my Face Roller?
After each use, wipe the surface of the crystal roller down with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend rinsing the Facial Roller under water as the metal handles should not come in contact with water - this is to ensure longevity of the tools.

Do your products have a warranty?
We offer a 6 month warranty on all products for any damage due to manufacturer fault only, not damage from incorrect use.

What is a Crystal Face Roller?
A crystal face roller is a skin care tool used to massage the face and neck to help remove puffiness, toxins, excess fluid while cooling & soothing the skin and calming inflammation. It will help your skincare absorb into the skin better, leave your skin glowing with increased oxygen and blood flow into the skin cells. Face rollers also bring relief to help relax tight facial muscles to minimise wrinkles. 

Can I put my Face Roller, Gua Sha or Crystal Mask  in the fridge?
Yes, you can put your face roller in the fridge for 10 minutes for extra cooling if is not our battery operated vibration roller.
Preferably make sure it is in a plastic zip lock bag when doing so to avoid your roller rolling out of the fridge. You can also do this for your Gua Sha and crystal masks.

How do I clean my  Crystal Mask?
Crystal Face Masks -  These are all intricately handmade and we want to avoid the string being wet as much as possible. The best way to clean is use a damp cloth with some soap, natural soap is always best on crystals if you have. Wipe over and lay flat to dry. 
Another quick and easy option is you can also wipe over with a natural disinfectant, anti-bacterial wipe.
Please avoid submerging in water and avoid causing the string to be wet for long periods of time. 

What is Gua Sha and how do I use one?
Gua sha is a natural alternative therapy for anti-aging that involves lightly massaging your skin ontop of a face serum, oil or moisturiser to improve your micro circulation, skin complexion, lift, sculpt and slim the facial features. This ancient healing technique offers a unique approach to better health, skincare and beauty. Gua sha helps move any stagnant energy, called chi, in the body that can be responsible for inflammation and brings in fresh circulation to the skin cells. Helps massage any tight areas in the face, neck and body. Gua Sha is great for plumping wrinkles, smoothing the skin before makeup application and a very relaxing practice to do. 

Use - Keep the gua sha tool at a 15-degree angle to the skin—almost flat but not quite. This covers more surface of your face while giving a gentle pull on your skin. ( apart from when massaging jawline & chin)
1.Apply your face cream, oil or serum so your Gua Sha can glide easily over the skin.
2. We want to lift up and out to lift the face upwards and train the muscles to lift for natural anti-aging.
3.Starting at the middle of the face, gently but firmly move along your jawline in and outward and upward motion. Then move up the face to the lower cheek, cheekbones, then under-eye and ending up on the forehead.
4. Repeat these steps 10 times and then repeat on the other half of the face.
5. If you plan on using both your Gua Sha and roller, start with your Gua Sha and then use your roller after to roll in any extra serums and watch your skin glow! 

What is Rose Quartz and Jade Combing?
Our handmade Rose Quartz and Jade combs have 3 uses. 
1. Head Massage - Use this energetic crystal comb to massage the head and back of the neck to release tension, bring on those tingly feelings of relaxation and happiness, stimulate our acupressure points on the head, stimulate the hair follicle base for better hair growth.

2. Body combing massage - You can use your comb in a similar way to dry brushing by gently combing the body with or without moisturiser to help encourage lymphatic drainage, stimulate the circulation and help move toxins out of the body.

3. Gua Sha for facial combing  - You can use the back of your comb to massage the face in the same way you would use your Gua Sha.

What does the vibrating face roller do?
Our rollers that have vibrational technology inside use 1 x AA battery which is included. These rollers create 6000 vibrations per minute to instantly lift, contour and plump out wrinkles. You will see a visible difference to the shape and tone of the face instantly while creating glowing skin and is a great natural tool for anti-aging.
