We are extremely grateful for your order and supporting our small Australian business and we endeavor to process all orders as soon as possible within 1-2 business days excluding public holidays.

International Orders
We offer an international shipping worldwide based on weight.

Covid19
We use very high safety and hygiene measures when packing all orders

Delivery times to select countries will vary depending on your location, but are usually between 7-15 business days. Due to covid19 this may take longer than normal and we are not responsible for any delays.

If your package has not made its way to you by 17 days, please feel free to contact us so that we can track the location.
As we use external shipping companies, CLB LUXE can not be made responsible for any lost orders.

Custom Taxes and Duties (International Orders only):
CLB LUXE can not advise on whether or not you will or will not be charged custom or import duties.
These charges are made once the order arrives in the country of destination.
CLB LUXE cannot be made liable for any custom taxes or duties, and must be paid by the recipient.

Returns
Due to all CLB LUXE products being based around beauty, skin and facial products we are unable to give refunds on any products and only offer store credits to the value of your order amount due to health, safety and Covid 19 precautions. 

T&Cs

- Shipping times do not include weekends or public holidays
- While we post orders within 24-48 hours of being made, delivery times may take longer in busier periods or due to customs, if ordering internationally.- Ensure to provide the correct address when checking out. If packages are not received by the recipient, or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the recipient/purchaser will be responsible for repeat shipping costs.
- Once the order has left our warehouse, CLB LUXE is not liable for any lost orders
